The Iron Horse football program continues to demonstrate that excellence extends far beyond the field. Eight members of the program were officially inducted into the National Honor Society as part of the Spring 2026 induction, recognizing their commitment to scholarship, leadership, character, and service.
Those inducted include Patrick Clarke, Ryland Donley, Bradin Evin, Matthew Goddard, Blake Johnson, Ashton Kellerman, Sutton Schultz, and Alex Tchoryk.
The National Honor Society is one of the nation’s most prestigious student organizations, honoring students who have distinguished themselves through academic achievement and a dedication to making a positive impact within their school and community.
“These young men represent what our program is all about,” said Coach Bendig. “We talk all the time about being complete student-athletes, and this is a great example of that standard being lived out.”
Balancing the demands of academics and athletics is no easy task, but these players have consistently demonstrated discipline, time management, and a commitment to excellence in both areas.
The Iron Horse football program takes great pride in the accomplishments of these student-athletes and looks forward to their continued success both in the classroom and on the field.
