
Makeup/retake pictures for all underclassmen will be Thursday, October 24. We also have senior pictures that date. Those senior picture slots are full.
If you have a senior who still hasn't signed up for senior pictures, we will have ONE LAST CHANCE to take them at BHS. Once these are full, we will not open more spots.

Congratulations are in order for our Beta Club sponsors! Kathy Jones, Brittany Colley and Jeremy Colley achieved 2023- 2024 National Beta Educator of Excellence status. This is highest honor a Beta sponsor can receive and nationally only 257 out of 20,000 sponsors earned it.


The BHS Wellness Team is hoping to get students involved in a 'Step Challenge'. The challenge will begin next Monday. Students who sign up will receive a google form via email on Monday , October 21, 2024, to log their steps. Use the link below to sign up!

8 students from the Beta Club attended a Regional Leadership Summit in Concord, NC from October 13-15. Berkeley Beta Club was recognized as an Outstanding Leadership School and qualified for Nationals in Lead Outside the Box and Collaboration Collection. Jace Dye was selected as a Regional Leadership Representative and will run at National Convention to become a National Leadership Ambassador. We are so proud of these students!





FBLA attended the SC State Fall Leadership Conference at Williams Brice Stadium where they participated in skill building workshops and leadership training.

Berkeley County School District will utilize the Teacher Workday/Inclement Weather Day on October 11 as a weather make-up, e-Learning Day for students, as designated in the BCSD Instructional Calendar. This adjustment is necessary due to the postponement of the first day of school from August 14 to August 15, following impacts of Tropical Storm Debby.

Ms. Morris Passed the Buck to Ms. Stutz today. Ms. Stutz is such a valued and respected member of BHS. Ms. Morris said she is one of the absolute best, and I couldn't do my job without her. Congratulations Ms. Stutz!


Due to forecasted impacts of Hurricane Helene, Berkeley County School District (BCSD) students will learn from home and complete eLearning Day assignments on Friday, September 27. All after-school activities and after-school care programs will close at 6 p.m. this evening.
All schools and offices will be closed Friday, and before and after-school care programs are canceled. As the storm system is projected to move out of the area that afternoon, after school activities may resume after 4 p.m. on Friday.
