Hanahan High School would like to announce the Teacher and Staff of the 3rd Quarter as voted on by the staff. Our Teacher of the Quarter is Math Teacher Kathleen Williams. Ms. Williams was presented a gift certificate for $250 to Halls Chophouse for this recognition. Our Staff of the Quarter is Registrar Stacie Smith. Mrs. Smith was presented $50 in gift cards compliments of Herff Jones and a 90 minute throwing session at Throw Lumber Jill's. Congratulations to these two very deserving members of our staff and thank you to our sponsors.

Hanahan would like to give a tremendous thank you to HHS alumni Dr. Jessica Berry for wrapping up Black History Month celebrations with an amazing presentation here on campus last Thursday about her experiences growing up in Huger and the local Gullah/Geechee history and culture.
